Must-Have Requirements

  • MTO Approved and Licensed In-Car Driving Instructor
  • Own vehicle equipped with dual brakes
  • Valid Instructor Insurance
  • Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
  • Strong English communication skills (CLB 7 minimum or IELTS Speaking 6.5+ / fully fluent)
  • Student-centered approach with excellent customer service skills
  • Sincere, patient, passionate, and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
  • Deliver high-quality in-car driving lessons focusing on safety, defensive driving, and road rules
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections
  • Strictly follow all safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of lessons and attendance
