I had a great experience with this driving school, especially Mrs.Fariha. She was very patient, professional, and explained everything clearly. She helped me a lot in improve my driving skills, from nothing to be able to pass the G2 test for the first time.
I also really appreciate the other instructor - Mr.Hamid who helped me with the driving school and the test when Mrs.Fariha is busy. He helped me to review the test and made the whole process easier and less stressful.
I would definitely recommend this driving school and Mrs.Fariha and Mr. Hamid to anyone who want to get their driving license.

I had a great experience with All Star Driving School. The program was well organized, and the lessons were very helpful for building confidence behind the wheel.
My instructor, Ryan, was an excellent teacher. He was patient, calm, and explained everything clearly, which made learning to drive much less stressful. He took the time to point out small details about road safety, parking, and defensive driving that really helped improve my skills. Whenever I made a mistake, he explained how to fix it in a supportive way instead of making me feel nervous.
Overall, I highly recommend All Star Driving School, especially if you have Ryan as your instructor. He makes the learning process comfortable, professional, and actually enjoyable. Thanks to his guidance, I feel much more confident and prepared to drive safely.

Amazing! Fariha thank you for teaching my son how to drive and for building his confidence!!! She taught him so much in just 5 lessons! We initially sent him to Leaside driving school and after 10 lessons with their driving instructor he felt ill prepared to drive and his self esteem had been shattered! Fariha was awesome! Calm, consistent, provided proper instruction and the necessary amount of love❤️ Thanks again Fariha!

Fariha was a great driving instructor, made clear what the expectations were and helped me reach that level. She was great at teaching because she was patient but still corrected me in a way where it was memorable and I would not repeat the same mistakes. Overall a great instructor, she patient, very understandable and never took away time if something was cancelled, she would always keep track of what we missed. Thus Fariha has my reccomendation!

Fariha is the most patient, kind, understanding, and supportive driving instructor I've ever had! She teaches in a way that helps you learn the concepts but also helps you learn good habits, which has made me become a better and safer driver. Thanks to Fariha, I passed my g2 exam on the first try (which I didn't think was possible in the GTA/Durham region), but with the skills I learned it felt almost easy. I would recommend Fariha to ANYONE that wants to learn to drive without stress, with an instructor that truly cares about you and supports you. Thank you!

If I had to recommend A SINGLE school to learn how to drive in Canada, it would be Young Star. I had only one chance to take the G full test driving exam because I used my driving experience exchange from my home country and had heard too many things about how easy that exam was to fail. That’s where the experience with this school became critical to ensure my success in getting my full license.
From day 1, my instructor Abid, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and open to any questions that I had. Every lesson was absolutely worth it and the school was even flexible enough to schedule an extra class the night right before my test which helped me a ton! They also have a lot of options that adapt to most budgets depending on what you need which is way better than being forced to pay for packages of lessons as many other schools do.
Overall, it’s fair to say that I have my G full license thanks to Young Star and to Abid. Highly recommended for people who already have a grasp of driving or completely new drivers, you will not be disappointed!

I had lessons with Hamid, incredibly nice teacher. Points out mistakes in a reasonable manner, very obviously working to get the student to learn properly. Not harsh, very patient, and remarkably good at remembering what student struggles with.
Provides easy to understand and remember explanations, and responds well to questions. Always on time for lessons, beginning and finishing very punctually.
Pricing is reasonable for all test locations and very competitive for farther locations compared to other schools. Lessons are very fairly priced.
I passed my G test on my first try with very little mistakes despite starting with little experience past my G2.

Choosing this driving school was one of the best decisions I made during my driving journey. The instructors here are not only highly skilled and professional, but also genuinely invested in their students' success. Their dedication, patience, and care set them apart.
I had the privilege of learning with Abid, and I cannot thank him enough for everything he did to help me succeed. From the very first lesson, he created an environment where I felt supported, encouraged, and capable of achieving my goal. His calm demeanor, incredible patience, and ability to explain things clearly and rationally helped me build confidence behind the wheel, even during moments when I doubted myself.
What makes Abid truly exceptional is that he teaches much more than driving skills. He teaches confidence, resilience, safety, and the importance of believing in yourself as a driver. He never lost faith in me, even on the days when I felt discouraged. His encouragement, kindness, and unwavering support motivated me to keep going and ultimately achieve something that once felt was not achievable.
I also had the opportunity to work with Nafeesa, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is kind, patient, punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Her calm approach made every lesson comfortable and effective, and her guidance helped reinforce the skills and confidence I needed to succeed. She genuinely cares about her students and goes above and beyond to help them reach their goals.
Together, Abid and Nafeesa make an incredible team. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to their students are evident in everything they do.
Thanks to their guidance, support, and belief in me, I was able to pass my G2 test on my first attempt. As a mature driver, this achievement means so much to me, and I will always be grateful for the role they played in helping me get there.
If you are looking not only for instructors who will help you pass your test, but for mentors who truly care about your growth and success, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Thankyou Abid & Nafeesa - you are the best!💜💜

She is either early or always on time and she was never late for any of our sessions.

I recently had the pleasure of preparing for my driving test with Young Star Driving School, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the outstanding instructor, Mr. Zubair. From start to finish, the institute provided a professional, supportive, and highly effective learning environment, but it was Mr. Zubair’s expertise and dedication that truly made the difference.
Mr. Zubair is an instructor par excellence. His patience, clear communication, and deep knowledge of driving techniques instilled confidence in me, he has an incredible ability to break down complex manoeuvres into simple, manageable steps, making parallel parking and lane changes felt second nature. What sets Mr. Zubair apart is his punctuality and genuine care for his students’ success—he tailored each lesson to address my specific weaknesses, offering constructive feedback that was always encouraging and never overwhelming.
The Driving Test Institute itself is top-notch, with a well-structured curriculum and flexible scheduling that made it easy to fit lessons into my busy life. The vehicle was modern, clean, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. However, it’s Mr. Zubair’s passion for teaching and his knack for making every lesson engaging that truly elevates this institute above the rest.
If you’re lucky enough to have Mr. Zubair as your instructor, you’re in the very best hands. Five stars all around!

I had a very positive experience with Young Star Driving School. Abid deserves special recognition for his outstanding mentorship and superb hands-on support in preparing me for the G2 road test - which I cleared on my very first attempt! His detailed feedback, encouragement, and focus on real-world driving scenarios made a big difference in my confidence and readiness. I also trained with Nafeesa, who provided helpful guidance during the learning process. Overall, I highly recommend this school, especially for those seeking a thorough and supportive training environment.

My daughter did a couple lessons with Zubair and she passed her G2 test first try. He is a very patient and caring instructor, she did not get anxious while driving with him and truly had a great experience having him as her instructor. She will be returning back to him for lessons when time for her G test. Book with Zubair!
